After Warranty Maintenance

SR Instruments, Inc. Two Year Limited Warranty

Each SR Instruments, Inc. system is manufactured with high quality components. SR Instruments, Inc. warrants that all new equipment purchased will be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, injury by natural forces, user neglect, and purposeful destruction are not covered by this warranty. The factory or an authorized repair station must perform warranty service. Service provided on equipment returned to the factory or authorized repair station includes labor to replace defective parts. Goods returned must be shipped with transportation and/or broker charges prepaid. SR Instruments, Inc.’s obligation is limited to replacement of part, which has been so returned and is disclosed to SR Instruments, Inc.’s satisfaction to be defective. The provision of this warranty clause is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities in connection with the sale of said articles. In no event shall SR Instruments, Inc. be liable for any subsequent or special damages. Any misuse, improper installation, or tampering shall void this warranty.

SR Mariner One Year Limited Warranty

Each SR Mariner unit is manufactured with high quality components. SR Mariner warrants that all new equipment purchased will be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, injury by natural forces, user neglect, and purposeful destruction are not covered by this warranty. The factory or an authorized repair station must perform warranty service. Service provided on equipment returned to the factory or authorized repair station includes labor to replace defective parts. Goods returned must be shipped with transportation and/or broker charges prepaid. SR Mariner’s obligation is limited to replacement of part, which has been so returned and is disclosed to SR Mariner’s satisfaction to be defective. After Warranty Maintenance and Repair Services

SR Instruments, Inc./SR Mariner products are designed and manufactured for years of trouble free operation as long as proper care is provided. Consult the Operating Manual guidelines to ensure optimum performance of your product. If After Warranty Maintenance and Repair Services are required, SR Instruments, Inc./SR Mariner will provide these services. Provisions for these services are as follows:

  • SR Instruments, Inc./SR Mariner recommend a factory or an authorized repair station to perform After Warranty Maintenance and Repair Services. Call our office at 716-693-5977 or 800-654-6360 for assistance. SR Instruments, Inc./SR Mariner are not liable to cover costs from non-authorized repair facilities. 
  • Goods returned must be shipped with transportation and/or broker charges prepaid. A credit card or an approved line of credit may be also utilized. 
  • SR Instruments, Inc. repair estimates for labor and materials will be a minimum charge of $25 (medical scale) prior to the commencement of work on the unit. 
  • For SR Mariner products, no charge will be assessed if the product is discarded at the customer’s request after evaluation. However, if customer chooses to decline repair work and have product returned, SR Mariner will assess a $20 fee prior to shipping product. 
  • SR Instruments, Inc./SR Mariner reserves the right to change terms of the After Warranty Maintenance and Repair Services without notice. Please consult our web site for the most current stipulations.
